ABSTRACT – All submissions must be accompanied with an abstract of not more than 300 words. Include Key Words as well.
ARTICLES – A comprehensive and thorough analysis of issues relevant to the theme. The word limit for articles is between 5,000 to 8,000 words.
ESSAYS – They should give a detailed argument based analysis of the subject matter being dealt with. Essays should generally cover areas which remain unexplored. The word limit for essays is between 3,000 to 6,000 words.
COMMENTS – Comments on judicial decisions shall limit to 3,000–5,000 words. Analysis of legislative materials shall limit to 3,000-5,000 words. Reviews of recently published books may be upto 2,000- 3,000 words; besides other forms of scholarly writing. * Arguments must be logical and can take into account aspects such as sociological, political, and economic implications.
FORMATTING – All submissions must be in Times New Roman, font size 12, Spacing 1.5. All footnotes should be in Times New Roman, font size 10, single-spaced and should conform to the Oxford University Standard for the Citation of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA). Left 1.5 Inch and Right 1 Inch, Top 1 Inch and Bottom 1 Inch. All the word limits are exclusive of footnotes.
